Redefining
target discovery.

NxCure is an AI bioinformatics platform that models biological state transitions to identify therapeutic targets and drug repurposing opportunities in oncology with a rationale rather than unexplained predictions.

The Core Insight

The problem isn't data.
It's what you do with it.

Current AI drug discovery tools generate ranked associations. NxCure models something fundamentally different.

The Problem

Standard approaches ask: "what genes are correlated?"

Existing platforms rank molecular candidates by statistical association with disease. They don't simulate what actually happens to the biological system if you intervene, leaving a critical gap between association and causation that kills drugs in trials.

NxCure's Approach

We ask: "what perturbations shift the system toward a therapeutic state?"

NxCure models cancer as a biological state transition problem. Using a proprietary Reinforcement Learning engine and multi-omic data, it identifies which molecular interventions move a tumor system toward a normal or apoptotic state with explainable biological rationale.

therapeutic hypothesis.

01 | INGEST

Multi-omic input and clinical data

Transcriptomic, epigenetic, and post-transcriptional data layers. Full gene expression profiles, not isolated variables.

02 | CURATE

Proprietary datasets

10+ years of curated molecular datasets, internally optimized for ML. A moat that can't be replicated without the expertise.

03 | PERTURB

RL-based simulation

Proprietary Reinforcement Learning engine explores the vast space of possible molecular perturbations as state transitions.

04 | REPORT

Structured output

Ranked targets, drug repurposing candidates, multi-omic evidence, and biological rationale. Not a black box.
